Troy Bergman
Troy has been a licensed contractor since 1989. He began his career in central Illinois where his focus was residential remodel and restoration.
After selling his residential company in 1999, Troy moved to Colorado where he worked for a large commercial builder and later partnered with First General Services in Colorado Springs to grow the business and expand the service area to include Colorado’s entire front range.
Currently, FGS has 2 front range branches, headquartered in Centennial and Colorado Springs, handling all aspects of property damage restoration, commercial and residential restoration.
Troy has been married for 22 years, enjoys golf, travel and overseeing his NFP charity called OneSparkDenver.org which promotes “Paying it Forward” with random acts of kindness and financial support.
Javier Frias
Javier joins our team with more than 18 years of experience in public accounting and the tech industry. He specializes in financial reporting, tax strategy, and compliance for high-growth companies. Known for his analytical precision and strategic insight, Javier has supported numerous startups and established firms through audits, acquisitions, and tax resolutions. His deep industry knowledge and client-focused approach make him a trusted advisor in our ever-changing financial landscape. In his spare time, Javier enjoys motorsports, live music, and spending time with his wife, skiing and camping in the mountains.
Paul Jordan
Paul has spent more than 30 years certified, in the fields of damage mitigation, remediation and abatement. His extensive training and certifications include numerous IICRC disciplines, AHERA, HAZWOPER, with additional state certifications for Methamphetamine Decontamination and Asbestos Abatement. Because certain work we perform is governmentally regulated and can be hazardous, Paul’s diligent oversight and leadership for our mitigation and remediation teams is compulsory. In his spare time, Paul spends time with his wife and family enjoying the outdoors.
Chad Drummond
Chad is a Colorado native with nearly 30 years of experience in the construction/restoration industry, primarily in the areas of mitigation, large loss and commercial project management. As a Master Carpenter, Chad brings a great deal of expertise, passion, and dedication for quality results. He is a valued leader and resource for our First General Services of Colorado Springs team. In his free time, Chad enjoys building & carpentry, coaching sports, playing the guitar, and spending time with his children.
Beau Rittle
Beau is a Colorado native, born and raised in the tri-lakes area. Beau has worked in the field of construction/restoration for 23 years with particular disciplines in carpentry, project management with expert knowledge as a mitigation and reconstruction Estimator. Beau’s depth of knowledge and positive personality are an invaluable combination when coordinating with clients, insurance adjusters, and a wide variety of construction trades. In his free time, Beau regularly spends time fishing, practicing outdoor preservation and enjoying live music with his wife and dogs.
Todd Bergman
Todd has worked in the field of restoration construction in Colorado for nearly 25 years. Todd grew up in central Illinois where he graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1994. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Colorado to become an expert rafting guide for several years before joining his brother, Troy, and the FGS team in 2006. With experience in Project Management and his particular discipline as an Estimator, Todd is very skilled at understanding and navigating the nuances of insurance restoration and delivering comprehensive and fair advocation for clients. When he’s not working hard, Todd enjoys spending time outdoors rafting with friends, snowboarding, hiking and biking with his dog.
